Tomme with Wildflowers has the distinction of being coated with spring flowers. Mallow, blueberry, marigolds, nuts, saflor, strawberry, and rose give it a surprising original aroma. It is a generous cheese that has frank aromas, pleasantly enriched by the floral flavours of the crust. The herds feed only on hay, grass and flowers growing on the mountains. After a maturing period of 4 months, the rind is coated in a variety of seasonal blooming and aromatic flowers
