Decaffeinated Coffee 250g
These coffee beans from Mexico have used the Mountain Water Process for
decaffeination with pure water from Pico de Orizaba, the highest mountain in
Mexico. The beans are steamed and then prepared for extraction using a water-based
saturated solution that removes the caffeine whilst keeping the coffee's flavour
compounds in place.
Tasting Notes This coffee has been decaffeinated without the use of chemicals. The result is a 99.9% caffeine free coffee that keeps its complexity, combining a sweetness with a
creamy body and a suggestion of fruit and nut.
